I made this in easter. High file size. 21 megabytes, best I can get it to look without it running like absolute crap. Anyway enjoy.

chunky file size, when you imported the video into flash you shouldn't of selected the 700bps option, try the 400.
and you should, all large flash files should have a button which you can click at 10% or 25% loading depending if its a game/movie or if its a long movie/short or if the user has fast connection.
