No, I didnt put effort into this. Yes, I think that the portal is being overrun with quickly (and poorly done) movies. This is my form of retaliation, using humor.

hah! you get 7 points just for the message! and it's good to see that even back then the portal was overrun by bad movies... although i can't imagine that it was as bad as it is nowadays...
anyways, back to the flash: yes, you're right. it's very pointless, but at least the peanut looks all right. so, you put at least SOME effort into this, by drawing the peanut.
and as i've already said: you had a message in this. so i think you made your point clear and i support this message.

As a now 21 year old "little kid" with a Pepsi and ADHD addled brain, I can say that's BS. I especially loved the part about the missing frames in the link. That happens in some of these to this day. =) 10/10. For message alone. =)

I am here to say nice movie and there is one night
in shining armor. He is called radiotube clock. Now before you say OMFG HE'S A CLOCK HE SUCKS! Calm down, his series, on the bridge is actually good even though he is a clock. now so that this doesn't get deleted for having nothing to do with the video, it was actually not that bad. Now yeah it was just like everything else submitted in the portal that's crap. But it was crap for a reason. You actually tried to make it crap to prove a point and prove a point you have. This movie will probably never lose it's relevance. Not in a month not in twenty years (if newground is still around, and it probably will be). Wow imagine that a forty year old Tom and he started the sight when he was in high school.

required viewing...
...but man, i wish it was required thinking!
The message in this is as true today as it was in 2000, that spending an hour on a flash with a single word and graphic does not make art. flash is an artform, and like any other, has more than its fare share of hacks and wanna-be's.
The problem is that now there are whole cliques and gangs of hacks and wanna-be's, posting crap they THEY will get through the review process regardless of its actual merit.
The saddest part?
This looks WAYYYYYYY better than most of their crap! and this is 7 years old.
These kittie and clock people could learn something from watching this, but their ADHD and Pepsi-infested minds would probably think it's too boring.
