no, this ive seen done by lots of people. they just do this and they effectively refute any reason. of course it has also led to postal massacres, but overall its still a good way to avoid being wrong.

i think it could be used to send to peaple that u put on an ignor list or blocked frm msn and the whatnot it would be a rather big insult well thats what ima do (aslong as it aint blammed) which it wont be cauz i voted 5 and my votes are neva wrong =)
