Hmm
When you start working on an animation, you have to ask yourself, "Why does this need to be animated?". Your animation wasn't bad, but you're working against the fact that a) the same scene was already animated flawlessly by the 3D team who worked on the game and b) you didn't actually change anything from the original. If this was just a test to work on your animation skills, it's more understandable, but from an artistic perspective it this just doesn't stand up on it's own.

ive always loved oddworld games especialy this one ive had it for so long since animation is hard and getting good voice quality is i see you tried your best so i give it a 10/10 nice work in my opinion
