Not good
It was an okay flash but I can see that you stole the hand and the paper from another website. If you are going to put in a high quality hand then at least spend some time on animating and drawing the "stick figures".

Its a pretty good animation, its Much better than the 1º animation, I hope you like it. its got better sound and better grafics. Oh, and... AC/DC RULES (you'll see...)

great job on the animation part and synchronozing the timing of the hand and the pencil with the drawing... i have a few complaints tho
from the first 5 seconds, i could tell that the drawing of the hand was too good to animate so i knew it would be flying everywhere instead of acting like any normal hand. at least attempt to animate it by splitting the hand into like 10 different layers and have them move with each other to simulate that its not just somebody else moving somebody's arm that they cut off.
matrix spinoff with the guy dodging the bullet, i've seen that millions of times and it gets old. try to come up wit ur own ideas and make fun of somtn every1s seen but no1 has had the guts to simulate. even i've done the matrix bullet dodge thing in one of my animations and it got blammed in about a half hour. but this animation shows much more promise then what i've done in the past.
other then that, keep up the good work... u did an xcellent job creating the hand and pencil but i suggest sacrificing a bit of detail for some decent animation to make it look real.
