The locks remind me of a blantant rip off of "Clock Crew". So erm, I'd go for something a little different, this style's been done before. Now for actual usage, it was decent. Not my type of stuff, but i liked your use of music, and the way you bounced that cop car back and forth, was kinda cool. Keep up the good work! It's just... a parody or spin off seems more proper when it's on something well known on more than just one website... that was my only hang up. That and I really don't like clock crew animations themselves anyhow, so it kinda was reminiscent of those...
