After the glorious defeat of OCP, everyone thought the world was well, but peace is soon disrupted and the King of the Slums must use his cunning and bravery to reforge an empire. Come with him along his historical journey and discover not only the universe but the universe within yourself.

it is obvious you have talent
but why do you waste it making such crap?

it wouldnt be so bad if you just voiced the voices insted of putting on that computer crap
and where the hell did all this keyhole and moving key when talking stlye start
ive always seen it on newgrounds but its never made any sence !?

Thats lovely, but I could not have 13 people provide me that many lines of speech within the three days I animated this. Also, not doing it with the Lock Legion theme would defeat the purpose of making a flash about the Lock Legion. Thanks for the review.

I remember those good days at LL... the rambling, the spamming, and that golden utopia that was the Slums, when all may not have been the best, but it was bright and beautiful, and everyone was happy....

You have done great justice.
