Origionally, this was for Barbarian Lock's Collab "The Unlocked", but I really needed something for LD, and it's long enough to be a stand alone.
My theory of unlockeditveness:
When a Lock is Unlocked, he/she is called upon by SBL for a task, given powers, and sent back to the place of the unlocking.
