I'm speechless..... Thanks everybody. Here's hoping the rest of the series is just as successful. ^_^
Best viewed at medium quality.
After a month of working on and off it, Episode 2 of my Mario/DBZ parody is completed.
I had a bit of trouble getting it onto Newgrounds though. Since the original swf file was over 5 megs, so I had to lower the sound quality and make a few alterations to the sprites. With any luck it won't make it less enjoyable.
The action part of this series kicks off with this episode, and hopefully the fight scenes will get better the more I practice.
I was surprised everyone enjoyed the first episode, which is nothing compared to this one in my opinion.

This is very good....... but its supposed to be Super Mario BROTHERS.

well you used your skill to the max i hope but i think you misunderstand the consecpts of Dbz because you need likie 1 minute of talking then like 3 secs of fighting then more talking then more 3 secs of fighting and also when bowser scarged up he didnt do anything he juck stood there and balsted that was the down side but preety good
Sure, if the question was "What's the lamest thing I could do?".
I'm trying to make a decent Mario/DBZ crossover WITHOUT the parts that people hated about DBZ. Like making fights drag on for 30 episodes, too much talking/ charging up, etc.
The only real DBZ thing that i'm focusing on is the fight scenes and the style.
If I followed the general concepts of the original DBZ, I seriously doubt I would be have been awarded the Daily feature.
