It is about constipation....
As someone stated earlier, I also believe it is about constipation. The man starts to leave (the man would be the *ahem* shit) and then decides to stay. So, the secretary type person tries and tries to get him to leave, eventually calling a friend/reletive for advice. He suggests a cigarette, and the man leaves. When he leaves, there's a splash sound as he hits the water (as in the toilet). The secretary type man then wipes off the door frame, indicating wiping his bum. Then he goes back to his work. As another man (shit) tries to leave, it is covered with almonds, and the man thinks the shit will hurt him. So he closes up the door (stops shitting) which will in fact cause you to die. The matter gets build up and can clog up your digestive tract.
That's what I think it means, but then again I could be erong. Anyway, I applaud Firth for all of his awesome toons. Keep up the good work. :)

Ive watched this about 10 times... And i never understood it and it seemed so lame i couldnt see why it was scoring so high, i just guessed it was coz people like the artwork. I just realised what its actually about!!! its sooo funny! I am literally pissin myself laughin now! i must go change my underwear! which also fits in with what the flash is about :D
