Eh, this is a really old, shitty animation.
In the "first" one, the main character guy/dude/person shot 2 people, this was supposed to be his punishment, having to serve in the army or something, then he got killed. After that he was supposed to go to some afterlife thing and train to be a ninja or some shit. The whole idea was stupid, the animation sucks, etc.
