Here's what I think could have been improved:

Good animation; good idea; the art and sound were all cute. Why didn't I give this a 10, then? Pacing. The whole movie needed to move faster. The lead-up to the final joke was great; don't think that you should remove any content. Just eliminate the frames where nothing is happening, speed up the animations, and make the sound effects more rhythmically charged and driving than they are now. Then, your movie will be perfect.

Okay

I couldn't find anything that bad about this, but then again, I couldn't find anything good about this. I thought it was weird how a penguin would be in the desert in the first place. His beak was the same color as the sand, so I kept thinking we were looking at a penguin with a hole in its face. The animation wasn't terrible or fantastic, just alright. My suggestions are that you should add a lot more action and more jokes or something like that. It wasn't terrible, but it really needs improvement.

GREAT OLD-SCHOOL STUFF!!

I love it! Blinky is sooooo cute and the cartoon is just great old style stuff! :) I'd love to see more Blinky stuff! Great music too! :)
