I think I watched this one before and never got to actually reviewing it. :S That or just a lot of your flashes look alike.
Animation/Graphics - Kind of cheesy graphics. :P Ha, I myself wouldn't want to animate fire as I can barely animate someone walking, but perhaps the fire on the candles would have looked a little bit better animated. That and how Bahamut was just tweened back and forth for the singing part. Real simple animation and everything.
Story/Content - I have a policy that Birthday flashes and/or anniversary flashes always get a 10/10. (For the most part at least) I guess I will ask this here, but how did this get RCP? :P Ha, oh well I wasn't around when Afro was so I don't know how popular he was. Perhaps there were a lot of people that liked him or perhaps it was your amazing flash skills that won the award. Nice little deleted message at the end of the flash.
Audio - I like the voice much better than the little speaktonia voice thing that you use now and then. It sounds much better. Sound effects and everything else was pretty decent.
Overall - Here's to a super late happy birthday. Happy Birthday.

Actually, when Bahamut was singing, that wasn't tweened.
Also, Afro_Stud was pretty popular back then, so there were a lot of 10s when this was submitted.
