Basically Link gets bored of sailing, so his boat advises him to fish, maybe he'll find something neat :D

This is so hilarious, I'm playing windwaker right now and I was just sailing and thinking how boring it was (which is why I'm watching zelda related NG stuff) when I saw this. Clicked on it and then saw some glowy treasure spots so I stoped and got out my grappling hook thing right when link did in the animation. I didn't get a jet engine though, just a purple rupee =(
To Sail, or not to Sail?
Now what are the chances of that, finding a submerged jet engine and fishing it out of the water, and then it still works, man Link was pretty lucky in this flash, well apart from the swim home, but goof fun though.

too bad you couldnt use that in the game, that would be awsome ^_^
