I saw this animation a few weeks earlier on your site and I'm glad you decided to post it here on NG (timing its release for April Fools Day I'm sure).
Anywho I'm running short on time so lets get on with it yes?
Graphics: A decent job. The characters and backgrounds were both of respectable quality in detail and animated movement. And while the movements were relatively slow and slightly exaggerated, this seems to add to the comical nature of flash itself rather than take away.
It's important to note that action is typically not very dynamic nor complex in this author's submissions (with the possible acception of the "Kermit Kombat" series) and it always seems to work out. So viewers shouldn't be turned off by this fact.
Finally props to the author who has gotten worlds better with his lip sync animation (and it shows) :) .
Sound: The flash does not utilize any background music (save the opening theme) and sound F/X are kept to a minimum (maybe 10-12 all told). But as with the animation the simplicity adds more than it takes away.
As for the only real significant element of the sound in this flash (the voices), the sound was crisp and clear.
Once again props to the artist for rising to the occasion (every voice in this flash along with several other characters from the NeptuneCircle universe are all voiced by Rocky).
Premise: PJ is a delightful psycho and his antics never cease to amaze in their level of depravity and/or stupidity. Never stop the mayhem Mr. Pinnacle. Never ever :)
Overall a great job and I look forward to this artist's future works.
