Very funny :D
Well, that's true, tails can take the last bubble, but that never happened to me :p, but I love let tails get drown lol.
It was very short, but very good, and very funny too.
I love see this little movies of sonic with jokes, you could make more of this:D

As well, try animating the bachground and the bubble thing.
One thing, couldn't Tails have just CARRYED Sonic up? Also, Tails wasn't in Sonic the Hedgehog 1.

Great... but where's the secret?
Ive looked again and again for it... aw well. I can seriously relate, playing and beating that game (and all the others). Great job.
Its a crappy little secret, deicated to when you use the degug cheat.
When the oxygen countdown begins, watch the timer at the top of the screen

A Sonic flash :|
The graphics in this flash, sprites. I don't mind people using sprites, although for Sonic, it can annoy me. The animation in this flash, well, I don't think it was very good. Some little parts with the animation where Sonic and Tales were placed didn't look completely right. The sound, you've used Sonic sound effects and music.
This flash, a short flash. Nothing much happened in this flash until Sonic and Tails were underwater, the countdown for Sonic staying in the water too long was there. Then, Tails took the bubble and Sonic was left behind and drowned. That ending part did give me a laugh, but really, I don't like Sonic parodies much. At least there was some humour at the end of the flash. :)
