It works well. This was funny, if not totally an original concept. The humor was absurd; I think you really had a good feel for where to draw the line; less would be not as funny; more would be un-funny as well. This can be tough to do, but you got this right here and you have done so, pretty much, with the rest of the series.
This really seems to be your gift -- writing good comedy.
The swearing/cursing seems a bit misplaced. This can always be used for comic effect a la Eddie Murphy et al, but here it didn't seem focused, more of an add-on that detracted from the overall humor and punchline. I think these episodes would be just as funny or funnier without the swearing. You can certainly make jokes that focus on the swearing and are funny, but if you stick with the current constructions, I would eliminate the swear words as extraneous.
The series still suffers from lack of sound, although the voices are quite good and this seems to be keeping it afloat. In this episode, a simple "beep" for the cell phone would have been nice, for example.
The series still suffers from single-fixed-shot storyboarding. Simply adding some "cut-to" shots to illustrate thoughts might be good. Review some old episodes of comedian Jonathan Katz's "Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist."
Good job!
