Hidden gem...
I've been a fan for years an only recently discovered this animation. I absolutely love it, it's one of my favorites. So multi-faceted.

Fun cartoon.
Though actually, the us is happy to pay millions or billions in aid to nations like that if they don't buy a nuke. So the poorness is of their own choice.

I understand the message
It's basicly (to all who don't get it) like a buch of countries, all of them have bombs that they are ready to launch any minute and flaunt the fact that they have a better defence (or offence) than rival countries.
The school represents a continent and the children in the school represent many smaller countries (so were probably talking about asia here). Now we insult a really small country over and over and bully it saying that it is porrer because of the defences and other things it posseses, eventually the student (country) gets soooo fed up that it just launches its "weak" defence at a bullying country and though it may be "weak" in comparison it actually is still a highly deadly explosive that could still take millions of lives.
the aftermath is people trying to prevent further explosions by banning all bombs and trying to rebuild the other country.
when the man said "We all get something new and one person always has to ruin it", he is basicly saying that now that the one small dirt poor nation did that then the other country has to lower it's defences because of the actions of the angry "kid"
