Been ages since I've submitted anything. This requires Flash 8.

First of all, bear with the awful animation in the first minute or so, the animating process was spaced over several months (I started in August 2005) so there's a bunch of times where the animation quality is bumped up significantly as I learnt more about animating in Flash. Also, it won't make a whole lot of sense to those who haven't read the comic. Sorry about this, hopefully it's still enjoyable to watch anyway.

This Flash is a few things:
- it's a music video of Frontier Psychiatrist
- it's a celebration of The Avatar (my comic)'s 200th comic
- it's me attempting to improve my animating skills

Finally, there's an easter egg at the end that might interest fans of my old Icecream Brigade series, if any of them are even still around.

What a great song

It helps that this is such a fantastic and surreal song and there are so many ways to express surrealism in a flash cartoon. I think the real phrases used in here are just things that people say at one point in their lives with no real connection. The animation is extremely impressive, especially how you made an art shift about halfway through. I thought it was really funny how you just said "Missing Scene" when you were talking about tightening the buttocks. Another great effect is how the people just pop up to say random lines.

A little repetitive otherwise awesome

I really liked it, but it could have done without being so repetitive and maybe having a little bit more lyrical creativity. Awesome beat though and the concept is very good and original.

Your very good in boring the phrase inside my head

"That boy needs therapy" was the only line for quite a long time. the animation was good and it was cleverly synced with the music.
