Richard Beeminster - Ep 2

Share Collapse

Author Comments

Spineville is no ordinary town and it's occupants are far from normal, whatever it may seem on the surface. From Beeminster's arch nemesis, angry alien Joe, to a mysterious woman with a rather munificent criminal record, with the population of this town, things will never be dull.

Sometimes funny, sometimes surreal and, on occasion, psychotic. Richard Beeminster invites you to his world.

Lol, this was great, keep up the awesome anims :)

I loved both the picture on he wall and the cat(bunny) Odin. This was a great animation :)

Woah

This gets stranger.. I think more time needs to be spent on making sure your sound fits your animation- whilst the sound synching was very good, the music used needs to fit the pace of the piece better. Good to see the style still carries through from before :)

Ah!!!!!

The high pitch squealing gave me a head ache

hey... I liked it!

that was a really nice flash! just improve the animation a bit, make it smoother, and you got it!! I liked your drawings a lot!

Good Luck!

six and one half dozen of THE OTHER

The graphics are more standardized and the story more coherent in this episode, which in my mind are negatives. Your style demands quirky graphics and demands a bizarre story. This story was sadly easy to follow and rather mundane.

Further weakening the issue were the narrations leading the audience along; these were simply unecessary and not only did they insult the audience's intelligence a bit, but the also slowed the pace.

The story if it is not to be absurdist, must be very good indeed, and this was sub-par fare I hate to say. The graphical style was still quite good. The not-too-subtle attention to detail on the eyes to tell a story was well done. Erudite.

Still quite good, but what was idiosyncratic has become more mundane. What was dynamic has become pedantic. The weaknesses observed in the first Episode are present here, but some of the strengths are diminished as well.

Nevertheless, good job. I look forward to more work of yours in the future.
