Edit: The squiggly animations are buttons. Roll your cursor over them to see what they're supposed to do. Difficulty is the small round squiggly on the main menu. The game also has (many) multiple endings based on points.
--------------
I started this game in the spring of 2005 as a final project for my TCS 103 class at UCDavis. The basics of the game were started and finished in about 24 hours straight right before it was due for class. The original version had only one background, one end-game message, commercial music, and only one difficulty setting.
It wasn't until a couple days ago when I decided to dig up this old relic, polish it up, and submit it. I spent about a weekend putting in the new backgrounds, multiple ending messages, difficulty levels, and various other forms of poking and prodding to get it bug-free and up to par.
The total amount of time spent on this project is about 48 hours, and is my first (and only, so far) attempt at a flash game. I've definately learned a lot from the experience, and welcome your criticism so that I can make better Flash in the future. I hope you all enjoy this game and find it entertaining.
Credits go out to: Glenda, Dyrim (the supportive girlfriend), Google Image Search, and those great artists from the Audio Portal who's music I used in this game.
