"Almost there..."

...but there were problems with the sound - both characters did sound like females to me, and there was some scratchiness in the audio.

The character design of the "male" character looked androgynous to me as well, thus I could see why some would presume a lesbian story where there wasn't one. The animation was fairly solid.

The story, whether a m/f or a f/f relationship, was top notch, and the best part of the film - but don't ignore opportunities to improve your stories further.
