***!!BOOBS!!!***This cartoon is something I worked on for almost 2 years (2003-2005/6*Voice acting delays*).
I started off this cartoon knowing nothing about how to use flash. I slowly self tought my self and I was working through the scenes faster everyday. And so there's no confusion anymore, I used basic elements from the storyline that was given in the MMX instruction booklet and made my own original storyline. I hope you enjoy this tribute to my favourite video game character.

It was a pretty good flash but i feel you stretched alot of scenes too long. Still nice work!

I really, really like what you did with the teleport in scene! It was a gifted and genious way to show the action and intensity of being sent into a mission.

However, the fight scenes left much to be desired, you had a bad view of Sigma's HQ if you wanted to keep that mood of 'mysterioius enemy' going on, the voice acting wasn't too bad, better than some professional video games I've seen, and you need to work on showing the persepective of the truly 'awe inspiring' events. Example: When X trained, you should have done somthing to show the surprise of Cain or Zero, some kind of emotional disbelief, not a little "hey, he's almost as powerful as our greatest guy, and he's been awake for an hour. Let's get some milk and cookies now..." no. it should have been like "He's doing pretty well for his first go. I think he'd...Oh circuits, he's running over 9000!"
Now, I'm not trying to be mean, but you have the talent; I saw it with that teleport scene, with the camera running around and trying to keep up with that little blue beam of light as it fell from the heavens. As a wise man said, 'Whatever you do, be the best at doing it.'
Please, I've seen a lot of crap, and the people who do it aren't talented. You are not like them; please, try this again, and I will whole heartedly watch it and pat you on the back!

Your plot is quite a bit different from Capcom's official releases, but you put nice effort into it. I would recommend getting some more experience with timing animation and capturing your audio. Some of those voices were totally noisy. Putting music in the background helps with that.
Always great to see a fan put forth creative effort!
