nice...
nice little devil, grapically is not bad but no very excelent. Sound - no music just talking... but humorous .

Ehh
It was ok I suppose...lots of room for improvment and a good starter though. I personally enjoy the more violent flash and would like to see some nice graphic violence or perhaps some ironic humor or something of that sort. Also I'm assuming you've already thought to include some more characters but just in case you havn't I'm giving you the idea now ; ) Hope to see some improvment to the series in the future.

Entertaining!
That was a cute original little short. I quite liked it...I even laughed, which is a compliment considering all the crap that is on Newgrounds it seems. This is a large step above a lot of the recent garbage on the portal. The animation definately suits the content. I know that everyone has been bitching about the sound...the only thing I didn't like is the thunder seemed to drown out Phil, other than that I liked the voice :) It didn't sound 99.9% as bad as everyone else seems to post on here. Lip synching seemed to match to me. In the end it is a good quality short, with good humor and style. So be proud of this, it is very good. Good luck, and I hope to see more someday.
