This game actually has a decent story. Interesting.
Alright, so the animation of him swimming could've been a lot better. I mean, when I tried to go left or right his feet just stopped and went again for some reason. Everything else was pretty good. Oh, I also like how Zef's head moves when I go left or right.
The artwork was pretty good too. I like the detail that was put into the rocks and the sea. How some of it is dark while some other parts are blue also. The sand looked pretty realistic. This is one of the first games I have seen that has put so much effort into the background. Bravo.
The music is VERY good. While most of it is just undersea Ariel mermaind crap (Ariel mermaid crap that actually sounds good I might add) some of it is techno cool stuff that I enjoyed. Most of it actually fit the scene you were in too!
The controls were and weren't good. If you know what I mean. It kinda felt like Zef was sliding down grease. I've seen a lot of games where, for whatever reason, makes the controls look like you're on grease. I mean, you just slip and slide non stop.
As for the difficulty, it wasn't that difficult. Two bosses, no enemies, and all you do is avoid rocks and plants while collecting treasure. To be honest, it was pretty boring a game. This game looks liek it could be good, but the fact is that...it's boring. And everyone knows it. Sure it's good to kill a little time but the fact remains that no one would want to play this nonstop.
All in all, a well thought out, though boring game.
