I enjoyed this game. The only problem I had with it is how it just moved a bit too slow at times. I really enjoyed seeing the different kinds of things in your path. I am so glad the clams weren't something you had to avoid. Jumping on them doesn't do that much, but it's fun. I don't see what damage the trident does.

You need to show health for the enemy ship. I liked how it just slowed down when you hit something. You didn't immediately die. A pity you didn't get any air when you were fighting the ship. The music is fairly good too.

Zefs Underwater Adventure Review.

So the graphics were ok if not a little sloppy. The animation of Zef himself was fantastic, with a kind of Wind Waker-y feel to it. Sadly the rest was a bit lazy. The sides looked like they were done on paint and the objects that Zef swam towards didn't look great, but graphics don't matter that much, right? The controls didn't do anything groundbreaking but they worked for the most part but i would sometimes try to swim to the left to get a gem or bag of cash and i wouldn't be able to reach it as Zef can't swim that far out. It was a tad annoying as it decreased my amount of 'swag' a fair bit. But the biggest downfall was that it's simply repetitive! The swimming sections are hugely boring as all you do is press left and right attempting to grab 'swag'. Then there's the boss battles. They were ok, it was a good way of breakingup therather repetitive swimming parts but still didn't do anything to enjoyable. Tapping A and D didn't really work for me as i like to take my right hand off of the arrow keys to tap A and D really fast but doing that resulted in Zef being stationary, therefore resulting in me getting a smack round the chops. It is not that good of a game and the looks wont really charm anyone but it gets 4 for the effort put into animating Zef and being so original.

This game actually has a decent story. Interesting.

Alright, so the animation of him swimming could've been a lot better. I mean, when I tried to go left or right his feet just stopped and went again for some reason. Everything else was pretty good. Oh, I also like how Zef's head moves when I go left or right.

The artwork was pretty good too. I like the detail that was put into the rocks and the sea. How some of it is dark while some other parts are blue also. The sand looked pretty realistic. This is one of the first games I have seen that has put so much effort into the background. Bravo.

The music is VERY good. While most of it is just undersea Ariel mermaind crap (Ariel mermaid crap that actually sounds good I might add) some of it is techno cool stuff that I enjoyed. Most of it actually fit the scene you were in too!

The controls were and weren't good. If you know what I mean. It kinda felt like Zef was sliding down grease. I've seen a lot of games where, for whatever reason, makes the controls look like you're on grease. I mean, you just slip and slide non stop.

As for the difficulty, it wasn't that difficult. Two bosses, no enemies, and all you do is avoid rocks and plants while collecting treasure. To be honest, it was pretty boring a game. This game looks liek it could be good, but the fact is's boring. And everyone knows it. Sure it's good to kill a little time but the fact remains that no one would want to play this nonstop.

All in all, a well thought out, though boring game.
