Well, they were released over 8 years apart. I kinda got better at game making in that time. Thanks for the review.

This is a great game, but compared to the second, this is meh... It's still a great game

Lambtaco responds:

Well, it is going to be 9 years old in a month's time. Gotta cut it a little slack for that. Thanks for the five stars.

I'll be honest, this game's story is very interesting, but this game is lacking in its hitboxes. I constantly find myself either getting killed while thinking I squished a monster(sometimes killing me and the monster), or sometimes falling off a ledge to my doom because the ledge isn't as far as you can get off. I don't know If i should just skip to the second game, because I can't even beat the second level without getting screwed over somehow. Also theres no acceleration in speed so it throws me off, and the enemies move rather quickly, which makes the hitboxes an even bigger problem.

Lambtaco responds:

You gotta cut it a little slack for being almost nine years old. And the whole lack of acceleration is a case of you can't please everybody. Personally I agree with you, but I have people on the sequel complaining it's 'slippery.' Anyways, there's a reason I don't link to the first one in the second one: If you didn't play it when it was new it comes across as pretty crappy.
Thanks for taking the time to review.
