I strongly recommend this tutorial to everyone
If you take this tutorial seriously and you work hard to improve your skills , this tutorial will take you from a n00b background maker to a really good one . I am not fucking kidding , this tutorial is really that good! If every new flash artist took a tutorial like this , the overall quality of the flashes here in NG would rise dramatically !
This is very essential for a beginner in flash so please , if you're new ... by all means ... TAKE THIS TUTORIAL!!!

Finally...
A good background tutorial that explains everything clearly and is easy to work with! After trying many tutorials with no success I came across this, and I created what I wanted with near to no trouble! I think I misplaced a layer somewhere and one layer has too many things on it, but that's my fault.
This deserves to be in the tutorials collection!

Good Job!
Keep this up and you'll be like Adam Phillips! You made this in fifty-nine frames. :P I counted how may steps there were plus the preloader and the play button.
