Woah. I'm excited!
I had no idea Flash 8 had a blur tool!! Holy crap, that's awesome! Here I am sitting and wondering how the hell everybody's been putting these nifty blured images in their Flashes (I figured they did it in Fireworks and imported the image), but now I know!
Thanks man, you've helped me a BUNCH.
The background was very nice, and reminded me a bit of Bitey of Brakenwood's (or however it's spelled) landscapes. All-in-all a very good tutorial on how to draw that particular landscape. I urge you to cover other landscapes in future tutorials!
Also, please... PLEASE do away with that music. Ugh. ...Of course, I guess I could have just turned my speakers down...
...
Heh, I wish I had thought of that before. :P

nice Tutorial...
This doesn't just teach people how to design a good background, but instructs on some basic uses of MC and blurring. I never really considered such stuff important (never really used em myself when experimenting stuff) but now I see that blurring and such are important. Thanks for a nice tutorial.
