Super Mega Extreme Cyber Ortek Flier 2005 X!
This isn't my first game, but it's the first one I've submitted to Newgrounds (so let's hope I'm doing this right...).
It's basically a side-scrolling space shooter. And those aren't really very original. I just wanted to see if I could make one.
I've been working on this for a while, but I really got sick of it. It's not really completely finished now, but it's as finished as it'll ever be. I'll fix any bugs that people report (if there are any), but don't expect a sequel or anything else to be added to it.
This game has 5 stages (4 you choose yourself, and the final stage), but there are more planets than that. Those planets can't be visited though; they're just there for show.
Anyway, enjoy!
And submit your high score, too; it works!
Oh, and basically everything in this game is made by me. Graphics, music, programming, concept... everything. Woo!
(Apparently, though, I can't list my own name as the Audio credit thing... Why not?!?)

Super-Mega Awesome - Flies to the top of MY list!
This was undoubtedly one of the best games I have played on Newgrounds, with magnificent graphics, intuitive controls, and relentless action. The avatars alone deserve praise; many games use two weapons - but few are as beautiful to watch. The rest of the game's virtues form a long list: varied levels and enemies, intertial effects, translucent special efffects, multiple weapon selections, a good backstory, many variable settings, and steady, intense, action. Best of all, I'm sure that isn't a complete list...

great one
that was a very good game, a very good challenge too. i was starting to get a bit frustrated, but it was well worth it since it was so good. the graphics were great too and the audio as well. i notice that it was also created by you.... maybe you should also consider adding your music to the audio portal as well.
overall, this was an awesome game.
