I was linked this game by the reviewer below because I'm working on a short IF game with a sort of similar premise, and I have to agree with what he said, it's the atmosphere and sense of dread that really makes this. Though I don't necessarily think it needs to be expanded, there's nothing wrong with an interactive 'experience' as opposed to a game - adding in familiar adventure elements might water down the tension. (though as I played I admit I did find it a little distracting how the most glaringly obvious action was completely quickly leave the house, go to a neighbor's and call the police option, anticlimatic as it might be? :P)

too short!

The tension and the atmosphere you were able to create was great, I found this genuinely unsettling in a way I've yet to see any other game here pull off, but the game is just too short, and deaths get repetitive. You have the makings of something amazing here, I really hope you decide to expand it one day and give it a proper ending.

pretty good

could have been longer and there should be a way to get a good ending. if there was I didnt find it. it was interesting for a few minuts but other than that theres nothing special about it. its alright. I will say this though: it had a certain feel that you dont find often in horror games. it was a legitamately thrilling game, or rather would have been if it were longer and more exciting. the adrenalin pumping atmosphere alone is worth the ten stars but that just wouldnt be right. I see plenty of games here with potential that dont go far enough. this is one of them. but for what its worth, it did feel legitamtly thrilling. and that is difficult to do.
