I really enjoyed this game. Driving the car was really hard though, I thought it should have been a little easier. Other than that excellent game, I really liked the story mode.

Very impressed

I'm really quite impressed with what this game did with flash. I've been a regular visitor to newgrounds for a long time and I've never seen a RTS with units you can individually control this well before. The graphics were a little crude and some of the moaning zombie noises were unnecessary, but this is hands down the best platform for a flash based strategy game that I've seen.

this is unbelieveable the best bit is when you can drive this is an amzing game!

gavD responds:

Thank you smackhouse! The driving was something that, once I'd thought of it, I just *had* to implement!

Best Zombie game ever.

This game is awesome, although a little hard to master. RTS games with zombies...WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE? I still think that Capcom should make a Resident Evil game in RTS form. Doubt it will happen but its good to have dreams.

A great game. Could use some more animation in the walking or something else, but very good. The gampelay was smooth and fun, very user friendly. A strategy game and a damn good one, great job!

gavD responds:

Thank you very much! It was a large undertaking to program something so complicated - there is a huge dynamic array that maintains a pointer to each sprite, perhaps a linked list would have been better, but then there may have been an efficiency hit... Sorry thinking out loud! There will be sequels, or at least, there will be more games using this engine, whether they will be Rotting Onslaught sequels or not I'm not decided yet!
