Pretty basic and simple
Well i must admit this was really "BASIC" and pretty "SIMPLE" didnt offer much on the eyes of backrounds, and variaty of items those are some key stuff in alot of these deress ups, also a larger "CANVUS" would also be a plus, the items you did have were ok and some of them were kinda unique but you still needed more variaty and more random stuff including some "ANIMATED" items the music was pretty good it was differant and made itmore enjoyble but you should also think about dding some more music choices, Good effort here, and i found some parts even better then others, it was actually a fun flash, it also has its good and bad moments, those are things that happen, but anyways keep up the awsome work and i really look forward to seeing more stuff like this, untill then keep working on great stuff.
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
I like what you have presented here, So here are some ideas and tips that should help on making this better, View screen seemed an issue as it was sorta small, and didnt have much of anything that way, so as making this game better a suggestion might be to stretch the screen out larger so that you have more room for items and more stuff, hope it helps. As a nifty idea you can put in some backrounds or even go one step farther and have a Scene selection option maybe with five choices of differant backrounds, just an idea but there does need to be an improved backround. Add some items more items and some that have animated stuff like blinking lights and eyes stuff like that.
~~OVERALL~~
This was pretty decent if you ask me, has alot of potential to it, can even better with more improvment, i have suggested a few ideas, may they help or not, its a pretty good flash love the flow and vibe of it, so nice work. a good dress up game here could use a few changesand upgrades though.

Edo-kun! <3 epic win..well because it's Edward and because well..its a dress up. And..-bashes face on desk- BACK TO SANITY. I like it, I'm a fan of dressup's You should make one where the clothes automatically fit on him because its a pain to line up the lines XDDD. May i suggest blush lines next time? XD
