kind of a miss
I agree with what you say in the movie, but it is a tad cliche. All of your points are things that people don't need help to realize. If you wanted to do another one like it, I'd suggest trying to make new, connections or not state the obvious overtly.
There's much to be said (in a flash like this) for letting the audience draw their own conclusions by showing well placed imagery, using sound, and text in an abstract way.

Sorry, but we've all seen this type of film before with the "enlightened" narrorator speaking down to the rest of us...about things we are already aware of, no doubt.
You have potential, at least in your art. Just, I dunno, find something better to apply it to.
