I hate having to explain a joke but here goes; cl Olskoo (tinyurl.com/edz6q) was a NG user who would help the clocks out with hosting and stuff and was a friend to the crew. The phrase 'Every black man is olskoo' or 'Olskoo is every black man' is a running cc joke.
