Why would you create something like this?

Sailor moon was a fucked up show
I mean mainly the american dub because at the time Translation was a bitch back themn but even so the plots were so ridiculous you could'nt help but laugh at them and is almost the stereotype to anime too.
But all aside this parody explains it in a nutshell.Classic.
