Hmm - well your flash is nice - but your 3d is amateur. If this is Studio MAX, try using an Atmospheric Aparatus instead of just texturing the sky - there are tons of clouds tutorials and actually RENDERING the clouds looks infinitely better than that texture you had - it looked really flat. The water COULD have been nicer - but at that angle it wasnt really convincing - just a noise map with a flat mirror - doubt it was raytraced.
Lets see - I gave it a 5 - this will proabbly make it and i want a protection point. Sephiroth ?? Hmmmm.
And your intro logo is WAY TOO LONG!!! Shorten that up to ONE WOW - and you'll be totally set - but 'wow' that was on the screen for WAayyy too long.

Nice work on the graphics! Work on the plot a little more. Also the blood was not very blood-like. You may want to work on it. But all in all it was good enough to stay on newgrounds!
