Politics Rather than trying to choose sides, we find it is much more fun to bash everything political.
Author Comments
In this episode, the Cold War's hottest hero teaches a misguided youth about the dangers of saving money. This cartoon will hopefully develop the Captain Capitalism character a little more, so that I can do more episodic pieces in the future. Hopefully, you will still enjoy it, even though this one has no obscentities or political themes. Visit www.captaincapitalism.com for more...

OH MY GOD IT'S A HUGE AD
Trying to sell stuff with a flash is bad taste. YES I WATCHED IT AND YES I GOT THE POINT. Of course it completely forgets to mention stock, what banks do with money (they spend money and pay money based on people who lend it to them, as well as charge people for borrowing money from them) and other useful money earning tricks that also promote strong economy. In short, Captain Capitalism is a COMMIE.

Lovely commentary.
Far be it from the average Newgrounds viewer to understand what this was about, but I found it a hilarious and insightful parody of how the typical US citizen is being brainwashed into destructive commercialism.
