Very cool design and powers

I liked the characters you have created with this series. I like the morphing powers they both have and how they seem to compliment each others powers. I really liked where splat was able to attach himself to peoples heads and take over their bodies.
All you really need to make this a great series is better sound, at least some sort of background, even if its just a color change, and an improved storyline.

This is alright

I liked it. But I think sound effects, and perhaps music would enhance this so much more.

Try searching the web for some sound effects and music (maybe even get some royalty free music from this site in the Audio Portal), download them and import them into this toon, then re-submit it. It will get a better score, because sound adds so much to a toon.
