++++ Beautiful 'models' for old man and woman. I've long wanted to see someone use tweening to create 'real' cut-out animation. Glad to see it done.

++++ Beautiful colours throughout.

++++ Beautiful style. The way you render foliage, the clouds, the strokes of the mountains, the expanses of white... it's so refreshing to see a new continent's take on these things, brought into an animated cartoon.

-- The houses looked a tad incongruous, with their hard lines and black outlines.

- I often longed to see some close-up detail shots, whether at the man sipping his cup or maybe show the water in some detail, with waves...

I suppose though that showing the panoramas and the expanse of life all around was your aim.

From the start, the animation enchanted me with its style. It truly shows the beauty present all around as the old man took his walk to the village. Such a sweet ending too, and seeing the man perform with the puppets that inspired his own animation is a lovely way to tie it together.

Bravo.

Beautifully Zen-like, meaningful take on the joyous nature found in a mundane life; The TAO is strong and evident in your work.

While I am trying not to be materialistic in life, I watched all your movies and long for MORE, MORE, MORE.

Question: Can the life of a Flash designer ever be so enjoyed again, as in the majestic pleasure found in a life of perfect simplicity?

I might say...perhaps never again!...There is all too much creativity to express!

Notbad, it was visually great and high quality, but it was hard to understand maybe its just me but maybe more variations should be made, notbad of what you did here but could be better...

A good flash visually but needs more effort and some compressing of the file...

"Peaceful"

With my shaky grasp of chinese I couldn't get what the end meant but it was something along the lines of "Although the road is long, let your heart be strong" I liked it because it was peaceful and told the story without the need for violence
