Just okay
If I were you, I'd stop with all other cartoons and focus on YAAFM. Those are the only truly great ones you make. The rest, well, they just don't compare. But it's your Flash, do with it what you want.

"It is a parody!" He is making fun of the real Kayne West for using this emergency to push his 'everybody hates black people' stuff.

not racist, but it misses the point.
I didn't find this submission offensive, but it was slightly stupid, Kanye west called Bush racist for waiting three days before lifting a finger to help thousands of predominantly poor black people. It seems stupid, and really kind of low to play it off as Kanye west just looking for something futile to complain over because at the end of the day, he did kind of have a point...
