I'm glad you guys like the game! Thanks for the great reviews (I've read every one of em)
It's finally done, the sequel to Thing-Thing. I read 800 some odd reviews and took just about every reasonable suggestion, and even some stuff you guys didn't ask for, and put it into Thing-Thing 2.
The controls are all in game, under tutorial, and there's a fairly in depth tutorial you should read to get you started.
The game has a save feature! It auto saves after every level, or you can go to the options to manage your data.
Note: This game has nothing to do with the first one, it's just another game in the series.

Potentially great game
I honestly really liked it. Only thing is that I feel like there are a few obnoxious things in the gameplay, particularly the weapons. I found it quite a bit irritating at times that whenever I walk over the little overpowered pistol, it automatically equips it. Which I don't mind that much I guess, it's just that it can be very difficult when I'm in a firefight, if you would even call it that considering the enemies don't have guns, because it replaces the current weapon I'm using. And that also rolls into the fact that as a temporary item, it disappears after ammunition is depleted. But when it disappears, it autoequips the SMG (provided it's been unlocked) and it's annoying because it's always the crappy SMG. I think that because it's considered an actual weapon in the inventory, that can be changed and re equipped, it should NOT auto equip.
I'm writing a lot and I'm probably getting repetitive here, but my point is that given the fact that it does do that, I get a "sudden weapon change" and in modes like Survival, where 20 enemies are trying to molest me from every direction, get screwed over and killed by this. Even when I am paying attention and trying to avoid it, it seems to just happen. Because as I'm trying to spray with the Desert Eagle or the other large, white-ish hand gun, I seem to randomly switch to the MAC 10. Which has horrible damage compared to the other weapons I have. And like I said, I either take immense amounts of damage, or just die because of it.
I feel like a bit of an asshole for complaining about it like that I guess, but I'm really just saying. Pushing that aside, I really do enjoy playing this.
