Entertaining
Even though this is a bit dated and with recent events with Chris Rock and Will smith it would be a nice time for an update lol, the boxing is nice though good gameplay some nice visuals but most of all you make it fun and entertaining and that's all we really ask for so for me this game submission it was a solid entry, cool stuff here

The sprites used are okay. No issues with the controls at all. You should add more celebrities to fight. Awarding large amounts of cash or awards for defeating them.
I do feel bad for Chris Rock. The jerk Will Smith who is taller and stronger slapped him because his controlling wife gave him the look.

So this is another boxing style game, though it doesn't use the block mechanic well, since you can just out spam them rather easily. If they blocked your attacks and you had to use a bit more strategy, it would definitely be more interesting, but this is boarder lining a "kill x" style game.
It's a very old game. One of the very first games I ever made. The Jersey Situation game has a block mechanic.
