My most ambitious API project yet. EVERYTHING is 'drawn' with Actionscript - nothing in the library, 3258 lines of code, an online scoreboard, and three variations on the game, for under 20 KB.
• Sheep - Play as Elvis' dog Shep, the ovine saviour.
• Burn In Hell - Fekmidog is a demon on a mission to singe some souls.
• Skydrive - Protect London from hanggliding terrorists.

Scoring:
The score you get for herding a sheep (/lost soul/hangglider) into the portal is based on the number of seconds remaining. The more seconds left, the higher the score.
Running into wolves (/angels/biplanes), which damages you, gets you points - but not as many as luring a wolf into the portal.
You lose points when a wolf destroys a sheep.
At Game Over, each sheep saved throughout play is worth 500 points.
If you complete all 20 levels, you will recieve a game completion bonus of 100000.

THERE IS NO SOUND because this is a pure code game, and to the best of my knowledge, there is no way to create sounds purely using Actionscript.
Also, the idea was to have a very low filesize, which is virtually impossible when audio is involved.
Having said that, I may release a version of this with sound at a later date, since I believe it would benefit from some bleating.

Hope you enjoy the game.

Take that, soldiers of God...

ahem, anyway. I was very impressed that the graphics were the result of actionscripting. I've seen nifty as tricks before, but i wouldn't have suspected if i'd seen them in another context.

yo yo bang bang skip to me leeeeeew

i didn't get it at first, but I got it

Denvish responds:

Indeed

ahahhahh

loved it make more!

EXTRAORDINARY

Denvish, this is so amazing. I cannot believe this is complete API!! How do you do it?!!! Its a fantastic game, and I pity all who don't think it's good. This is the most impressive API I have ever seen. I am almost speechless.

Extraordinary job Denvish!!!!
Keep it up!!!

Godness sake

I am fucking fed up with reading the same fucking reviews. "oh dis game is shit cos is has noe soudn" and "omg boooring". Maybe if half of you retards didn't have the attention span of a dead wasp, you'll understand what these games are about.

For fuck sake, there are THREE, count them, ONE, TWO, THREE games on offer here and ALL THREE GAMES have been put into one flash and the filesize is barely 20kb. What the hell are the majority of you idiots talking about? I would really like to see you write thousands of lines of code and work your arse off making something as good as this. But no, you couldn't, because you simple haven't got the talent to pull it off, because you are irrational, ill-logiced morons with barely a brain cell to share.

But what amazes me the most is that Denvish has spent his time and effort to entertain you for free and you have the outright nerve to write some of the most hurtful reviews I've ever had the displeasure to read and what's even worse, people have marked them as HELPFUL! When is a review which didn't help in the slightest 'helpful', you guys are idiotic.

Now, give this guy the credit he deserves; he's made a game for you to enjoy, so fucking play it and like it, you ungrateful people!

I thought the game was amazing and the graphics were aspirational! Great work.

Denvish responds:

THANK YOU! I truly appreciate your comments, and agree with them whole-heartedly.
