Okay, first of all this was not my favorite animation ever seen, but nonetheless I did enjoy it.
Some (might be usable) tips: try making better back and forgrounds. Do not use the same animations/frames the same time over and over again, the thing what I am really interested in is how many layers you used, how you made you character (cause sometimes the arms were too short etc), I do not know why you made the main character look a bit "dark" but I am sure you have your reasons.

Hey Man don't listen to all these a holes down your flashes.... you got potential! I don't think that they relize some of the REAL BAD SHIT that is being submitted in the portal these days...
