^^Good Points^^ Yes, a very epileptic movie here. The background was very flashy, as was the character, and you had the perfect seizure music, that super fast remix. Cool stuff.
^^Needs Improving^^ Unfortunately, seems like this was a minimal effort. It would have been more interesting if you had added a small storyline to add something interesting to this. It's just a single frame with some movie clips. I think you could have put a little more effort into this to make at least SOMETHING interesting happen.

If it's 17 after 12 the hour hand should have moved. The characters should have done more than bounce up and down. That is not a movie. You have a legion of clock fans who are too blind to see past that.
