HAPPY CLOCK DAY 2005

Thank you thank you Tom for sticking my toon up the front page, and thanks all for the daily third. I'm glad you all liked it. :) Be sure to watch 'Broken Clocks', it is truly awesome

Yep, its finally here, well half of it. For those who dont know I started this movie immediatly after I completed 'The Portal' 2 years ago, and have been working on it ever since. I dont have a lot of time :P

"A spectacular movie and even better than the 1st."

date: August 4, 2009

That was a truly excellent movie, but I can't help but think that the last few minutes of it were rushed (the part where BananaClock gets his revenge on all the clocks).

Apart from that one bit, the whole animation was top notch.

This deserves a 10.

Author's Response:

Originally, this was meant to be twice as long. I had an additional 5 minutes animated, but could not finish it at the time. I decided to split the movie into two 'acts' (Hence the reason you see Act One) at the start... but then production on the second act took a much much lower priority.

Bananabeard III IS coming, but I feel this art is really dated, I'm not a fan of the animation now. Look out on my Twitter for BB3 related news.

"Aww... 2011? anyways, great movie!"

date: July 14, 2009

I liked it all, the animation, the oath, the story, the cliffhanger, everything was great and well thought out! i look forward to act II! ( Although it will come out later than expected.)

Author's Response:

One it does come out, it'll probably work as a standalone film. You wont need to see 1 and 2 to understand 3. I might even do to the lengths of remaking 1 and 2 as part of 3.

"Good here and there but..."

I thought this animation definitely had it's moments. There was some good animation like the lightnighting ball effect and the 3D Matrix-esque pan looked amazing. But the character animations could have been better and some of the graphics weren't up to spec. So, what happened? Did you make all the graphics earlier on then do all the animations?

Author's Response:

The majority of this movie was produced in 2003, however I had left it for so long it was getting ridiculous. This was originally going to be released in 2 acts, hence "Act one" appearing at the start.

I'm doing my best to make the animation for the sequal, I'm hoping to release for 2011, as good as possible.

"Cool"

date: September 8, 2007

I wasn't very keen on the prologue...I can't believe Banana was Chile's shit...! So, did Banana found The Lock Legion??? I thought it was StrawberryLock...

April 14, 2009

Author's Response:

The backstory is pretty much based word-for-word upon Bananaclock's own flash, "Clock Tales: Episode One".

More will be revealed on the Lock Legion in the sequel.
