I found this to be very strange because so little happened in this. I thought it might be a game at first, but it was just a very short flash. The premise doesn't even make any sense. If you have a knife, wouldn't you cut yourself the other way to slash your wrists? I imagine this would probably do more damage however. The animation wasn't too good either.
In fact, I don't think this had any sound in it at all. Lacking sound is not something you want to do, because there are so many better things out there that use sound. It does not seem unique in any way as well. I could have sworn I've come across this title before, but never played it. I'm not going to kill myself.

This seems more like a fun experimental flash that someone would make for the sake of making it. So why is this listed 10th Best of All Time on NG Portal? It's short, there is no sound, it's unoriginal, and just about any animator with decent skill could have made it. I'm more ashamed at NG's community than the animator (there really isn't anything to be ashamed of, animator).
So this get 1/5 stars because that is what it deserves if we are comparing it to other best of all time submissions. Sorry, just being honest.

The sad thing is...
I'm fairly sure some Emo kid is watching this and having a "Ah Ha" moment as we speak. Oy.... But not bad. Weird and random... but not bad.
