This cartoon was made not only to show you how to get a raise, but to also show you that early cartoons were usually this way. We really hope that Billy shows you something important, and that you use what you learn from this cartoon in real life.
You might recognize this music from many cartoons. Raymond Scott calls it Powerhouse... Why? Because it’s his song. He was the top writer for cartoon music back in the day.

I Liked The End But The Rest Was Lacking
Yeah it wasn't very interesting until the ending, which was....pretty funny. I still didn't like it though. Maybe you should have focused your time into making the story better than the animation.

very original especially the idea about the oldish sorta film it was fabulus. The dead dog, drunk billy and: "give me a raise or i'll kill you" was hilarious
