a cool game i made where you control ships, and dodge lines. some of you may have seen levels 1-4 in the alphas section. now it has 7 levels! remember, you control ALL the ships at the same time. hope you like it!

not bad

it was an alright game.... a bit complex at first when you don't know the controls, but once i got going, it was pretty fun, and become a bit simple after awhile, but it was a pretty good challenge overall.

Could be good.

Needs good graphics and the ability to select levels after you beat them. And you need to fix the collision detection. Don't use the hitTest method because it checks for collisions between the movie clips bounding box, not between the actual vector graphics. Fix that and it would be a good game. And add a score keeper.

dudikus responds:

the movie clip is rotating, not a clip in the movie clip, so the hitTest should work fine, and it does. it might be a bug in the flash player version you have.

A Frustrating Puzzle Game

The basic idea is serviceable. However, the graphics need improvement to be something better than just black and white shapes. Also, the game frustrated me as I had to start over every 10 lives, when I wanted to just continue the level. The hit detection needs to be fixed; on level 3, the ship can blow up without actually hitting a wall, only getting near it.

But there were times where I was no-where near a line and I died...

No-where near=a few mm away

and put a mute button on it...
