All you need to do is brush up on the artwork. Tip: Try doing more stuff frame by frame, it will be alot more work, but it pays off. Also make them LONGER, theyre just too dam short. It needs more SUSPENCE, or HORROR, or TRADEGY... wait... lol

dont do this. It's bad to have a 2.1 and stuff... Episode 2 got through, and you can re-upload this version onto that, instead of making a new one. Trust me it just looks really unorganized, and people are going to hate this because theyre gonna consider it a resubmission. If this gets blammed, it's a good thing for you, because your name and probably batting average will just look better.
